Job Description โ Delivery Lead
Role Purpose / Overview
Lead Embedded solution consultantย within Annapurna are the true experts who can be called upon for advice regarding the recruitment lifecycle. You will embody the Annapurna values and act as role models to all employees within the business.
Delivery Leads at Annapurna are leadership figures and experts in their field. You will be put through training that will help you to understand how different people work on your desk and the theory of how best to lead. You will deliver multiple masterclasses and guide more junior consultants through their day-to-day activities, sharing your expertise. Further, you will lead by example and ensure your team are meeting business standards.

Recruitment Responsibilities and Duties
- From time to time, you will get involved in sourcing and ensuring your team are on the right track with Headhunting by actively getting accurate candidates into their pipelines
- Maintaining continuously high customer and candidate satisfaction
- Regularly meeting senior candidates and clients, either in person or via video
- Using our CRM systems for tracking all activities

Leadership Responsibilities and Duties
- Being a role model and upholding the company standards to lead more junior consultants
- Guide, coach and motivate team members to their specific goals and targets with a particular focus on commercial acumen
- Good organisational skills and day planning of team members
- Regular consistent use of cube19 and internal reporting mechanisms - Stats, Deal chances, Team outputs
- Informal and ad hoc training with the team
- Participate in MBRโs
- Pushing CS initiatives such as hotlist creation, utilising high 5, cross-selling, organisation of jobs worked, and talent pooling
- Play an active part in fostering a strong team environment through mentoring, social and cultural activities

Deal Management Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Account Management team to understand deal pipeline
- Consistently control processes through to a deal without assistance
- Help those in your team with deal management across multiple clients
- Assist in the formation of and then push out a resourcing strategy for each project, ie. Location, skills, etc

Account Management Responsibilities
- Operate as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned customers
- Develop and maintain long-term relationship with accounts
- Keep records of client transactions on our CRM system
- Communicate client needs and demands to relevant Post-Sales / CS Managers
- Service multiple clients concurrently with a focus on achieving targets by original deadlines
