We’re hiring for Annapurna ERUPT – an innovative business growth partner for fast-scaling clients. The team works on RPO or subscription-based projects, to deliver the best talent to high-growth tech start-up and scale ups who need support by providing them with in-house talent acquisition teams and creative talent branding services. We’re building the world's best responsible search firm, and are growing to be the first name that any ambitious thinks of when they go to hire. Partnering with well-known phenomenal brands like HelloFresh, Vinted, Wayfair, Spotify, Paddle and to hyper-growth start-ups.

Our ERUPT team has been dominating the market since 2020 and we are looking to double in size in 2021, due to the increase of demand from existing and new clients.

The Role

• Headhunting 'A-grade’ candidates through various platforms
• Working from the inside of a talent team, you will work to change, improve and develop internal processes which enable companies to scale rapidly with a high bar.
• Train to be more of an all-round consultant, whilst being embedded in their culture both socially and professionally.
• Using a variety of techniques to source candidates and build long-lasting relationships with the best quality talent
• Working with one client on an embedded project to grasp how they work from the inside out.
• Your focus will be recruiting great people across multiple sectors; software engineering, DevOps, and other infrastructure disciplines.
• Inviting senior candidates to Business Transformation Network (BTN) events and encouraging them to create content for the platform
• Networking with world-class stakeholders
• Leading a team and working alongside the L&D team to ensure that you and your team develop to their full potential.

Requirements

• Previous 180 recruitment experience, ideally in an agency setting
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Hard working, self-motivated, and self-starting
• Have the confidence to operate outside your comfort zone
• Competitive, with a goal orientated mindset
• Demonstrate examples of resilience and tenacity
