- Preferably a university graduate, although other equivalent experience is also welcomed
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally from within a Commercial or Corporate function (Sales, Marketing, Finance)
- If no recruitment experience, previous Sales experience will be considered
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
